REDW Announces Plan to Relocate its Corporate Headquarters

REDW LLC is pleased to announce that it is headed to "greener" pastures. The Firm recently revealed its plans to build a new corporate headquarters which will be located at the corner of Jefferson NE and Masthead in Albuquerque. REDW anticipates to break ground in March 2011, and expects construction to be completed and ready for occupancy by October 2011.

Keeping with growing trends of energy efficient architecture, the new two-story, southwest contemporary headquarters will be LEED Silver Certified. The new quarters will have room for 150 employees but will be designed to accommodate future growth and expansion. "Our new facility will allow us to better serve the growing needs of our clients and to provide our team members with the latest technology and resources to meet the demands of today's fast pace," commented Ron Rivera, Managing Principal.

"Also, it's a great time to build. We are capitalizing on low interest rates, low construction costs, and the City of Albuquerque's impact fee waiver. It's a positive sign that New Mexico businesses can expand even in a recovering economy," he added.
