REDW Expands Principal Group - Promotes Laurel Shelton to Principal

Consistent with its commitment to advancing diversity in the workplace, REDW The Rogoff Firm announced the promotion of Laurel Shelton to Principal of the firm. She joins the principal group effective September 1, 2010. “Since joining REDW, the firm has given me tremendous opportunities, remarkable clients, and great friends,” said Laurel. “I’m honored – and thrilled – to have been invited into the Principal group,” Ms. Shelton added.

Laurel Shelton, CPA, a senior audit manager in REDW’s Audit & Consulting Department since 1998, provides consulting expertise to a wide variety of clients, including contractors, nonprofit organizations, insurance providers, employee benefit plan administrators, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and other commercial enterprises. She also assists clients with tax planning and preparation.

Ms. Shelton, alum of Leadership Albuquerque Class of 2007, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), serves on the advisory council for ARCA Organics and The Women's Economic Self-Sufficiency Team (WESST) Finance Committee. She has also served on the board of directors for the Southwest Arts Festival, and the Animal Humane Association of New Mexico.
